（中央社記者唐佩君台北31日電）全球逾40個國家申請成為亞洲基礎設施投資銀行（AIIB）創始成員國，台灣也將提出參與意向書，迄今美國未表態加入，外交部表示，台灣融入區域整合及推動雙邊關係都是齊頭並進。
今天是申請成為亞洲基礎設施投資銀行（AIIB）創始成員國的截止日。根據發起國中國大陸官方資料，截至昨天午夜，已有44個國家申請成為亞投行創始成員國。但美國、日本、加拿大等屬於7大工業國（G7）的已開發國家，至今仍未表態加入亞投行。
總統府昨天下午召開國安高層會議，決定將由財政部擬定亞投行參與意向書，經行政院核定，由行政院大陸委員會請中國大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室，提交亞投行籌備秘書處。
針對美方尚未表態加入亞投行，外交部發言人高安今天表示，政府在融入區域整合及推動雙邊關係都是齊頭並進，相輔相成；例如台灣上週也組成龐大代表團去參加「選擇美國投資論壇」，顯示雙邊關係推展，都會在既有基礎上往前推進。1040331
